1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the ambergame website located at ambergame.vip (the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the ambergame Platform in any capacity. ambergame reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you are accessing the ambergame Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms, and your acceptance of these Terms will be treated as acceptance by that party.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To use the ambergame Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. In accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, online casino-style gaming is restricted to individuals aged 21 and above. ambergame strictly enforces this age restriction.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ambergame, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the ambergame Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming regulatory authority.

3 Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of the ambergame Platform, you must create a registered account. By registering, you agree to the following:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered account on the ambergame Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information updated at all times. ambergame reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of any information provided.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. ambergame will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.
• Notification of Breach: You must notify ambergame immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Know Your Customer (KYC): ambergame may require you to complete identity verification procedures ("KYC") at any time, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or when required by applicable law or regulation. Failure to complete KYC procedures may result in restrictions on your account.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

All financial transactions on the ambergame Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits. ambergame accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ambergame does not accept deposits via cryptocurrency of any kind, nor via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of applicable KYC verification. ambergame aims to process GCash and Maya withdrawals within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business hours. ambergame reserves the right to impose reasonable processing times and to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Prohibited Transactions. You must not use the ambergame Platform to process transactions on behalf of third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. ambergame reserves the right to reverse any deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if it determines that a transaction violates these Terms.

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

ambergame may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered users from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion's specific terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. ambergame reserves the right to withhold or void any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus is being exploited, abused, or used in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.
• ambergame reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are satisfied.

6 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the ambergame Platform:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other user accounts, or ambergame's computer systems or networks.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means to access or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, fraud, or match-fixing in connection with any game or bet placed on the Platform.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to facilitate any financial crime.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely representing your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Transmitting any content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to ambergame immediately at [email protected].
• Creating or using more than one registered account, whether under your own name or under any other name or identity.

7 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the ambergame Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of ambergame or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

ambergame grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without ambergame's prior written consent.
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or platform.
• Use the ambergame name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of the Platform's content or intellectual property terminates the licence granted herein and may constitute an infringement of ambergame's intellectual property rights.

8 Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

8.1 Disclaimer. The ambergame Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. ambergame does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8.2 Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ambergame, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

8.3 Gaming Losses. ambergame shall not be liable for any financial losses incurred by you as a result of gaming activity on the Platform. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose some or all funds deposited into your account. You accept full responsibility for all gaming decisions made using your account.

9 Responsible Gaming

ambergame is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all users. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• Age Restriction: The ambergame Platform is strictly for users aged 21 years and above. We implement mandatory age verification and will immediately close any account found to belong to a minor.
• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time by contacting our support team. Once set, deposit limits can be decreased immediately but may only be increased after a cooling-off period.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic, you may request a self-exclusion from the ambergame Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and may be set for periods of one month, three months, six months, one year, or permanently.
• Reality Checks: ambergame provides session time reminders to help you keep track of the time you spend on the Platform.
• Support Resources: If you or someone you know needs help with problem gambling, we encourage you to seek assistance from qualified support organisations.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

ambergame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity in connection with your account.
• Suspected money laundering or other financial crime.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory authority.
• Determination that you do not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• Any other reason that ambergame, in its sole discretion, deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other users.

Upon termination of your account, ambergame will return any remaining balance of real-money funds (excluding bonus funds) to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided that no funds are subject to forfeiture under these Terms.

You may close your account at any time by contacting ambergame support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

11 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Republic of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to gaming activity regulated by PAGCOR, the applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures shall apply. ambergame will cooperate fully with any investigation or proceeding initiated by PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine regulatory authority.

12 Amendments to These Terms

ambergame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the ambergame Platform after any such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 10.
